Christian, how much time do you spend per day in prayer? I pray throughout the day as I'm driving and going about my business, whenever I can I make it my goal to be in an attitude of prayer. In this way, I hope to attain prayer w/o ceasing, but it has to be intentional otherwise I will not pray. If I had to put a time on it I would say aprox 30 min a day... What drives you to prayer? Beuing in touch with the world around me, there are so many needs, so many troubled marriages, so many lost and of course my desire to know my Lord more and to be like Him certainly drives me to prayer. What keeps you from prayer? The distractions of my daily duties as an Airmen in the AF, but even in the midst of these duties I often am in prayer. However, I would say that the number one thing that keeps me from prayer is the T.V. - I do not watch a lot of it, but when I do I am not praying. Do you feel prayer is important to your Christian faith? Prayer is not just important it is key to my Christian faith, prayer is where I grow in my faith and when my faith grows I have noted that I desire to spend more time seeking my Lord in prayer. A resounding YES!
